What Makes Monkeys Poisonous? | Survival of The Weirdest | Love Nature

What Makes Monkeys Poisonous? Meet the famous poison monkeys of Zanzibar, aka Red Colobus Monkeys. The biggest mystery around these monkeys is that the locals believed the poison monkeys were poisonous because the trees they were feeding on were crumbling. But the poison monkeys are actually helping the habitat. The more coconuts the monkeys eat, the more coconuts grow! But the monkeys do have some pretty gnarly digestive issues and have adapted to some human "home remedies." Love Nature supports Black Lives Matter and you can too! For the entire month of June, we’ll be donating 5% of our YouTube AdSense revenue to the Black Lives Matter Movement. We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues, communities, audiences. You are seen. You are heard. And we are with you.
